Warranties and Guarantees

Our manufacturers have their own warranties, each manufacturer will supply upon purchase warranty cards to the client end user. Most of these warranties are transferable to the next homeowner. These are subject to terms and conditions set forth in manufacturers warranties.

Ross Stone Renovations warranties installation workmanship for the period of 20 years. Although this sounds excessive we believe that customers want to call back for additional requirements not "do-overs". We feel confident that we can satisfy the client by letting them know we stand behind everything we do.

Ross Stone Renovations also warranties customer commitment. We offer a 48 hour guarantee to inspect any concerns you may have with product or installation after the sale and work are completed. Our company will pay you $100.00, if we fail to show up at your door within that 48 hours to view your concerns. Some conditions will apply, you must contact us for any service calls by phone only between Monday and Friday 8AM to 5PM holidays excluded, we will send a representative by appointment within 48 hours of your call.

In the event the problem cannot be rectified immediately, and parts need ordering, another service call will be booked at that time.

Simply put we promise we will be there.
